All our parcels are delivered by Canada Post. The tracking number will be emailed to you after the shipment of your package. Our shipping fee calculator will determine shipping price based on the weight of the order and destination. The delivery time depends on location.
Important: The shipping fee does NOT include additional customs and duties fees.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of our products. We stand behind all of our high quality products and if you're not completely satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com so we can discuss possible solutions.
BROKEN ITEMS DURING TRANSPORTATION
We pack our products properly to avoid breakage during transportation. If you receive a damaged item, please email us a photo of the received product at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can consider possible solutions. We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped or misused, we cannot refund.
If you think your parcel may be lost , please email us at email@example.com and we will contact Canada Post and sort out the situation with them. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery errors - customers are required to check their delivery address before placing an order.
