Processing fruit for jam and juice often leaves seeds as leftovers that are normally considered waste. Reducing this food waste by repurposing fruit seeds into facial oils has the potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
We've selected amazing upcycled fruit seed oils from the Amazon, Brazil, which are natural sources of retinol, vitamin C and antioxidants. The exotic smell is fruity and slightly sweet - with no essential oils or artificial fragrances. We like to call it our "Brazileirinho"!
Star ingredients
PITANGA OIL (Brazilian Cherry)
Pitanga oil is rich in vitamins and antioxidants that help maintain healthy, hydrated skin while balancing sebum production. It has an anti-inflammatory, regenerative and neutralizing action on the radicals responsible for aging skin.
CACAY OIL
Cacay oil is a gentle alternative to retinol known to reduce wrinkles and brighten the appearance of dark spots. It deeply replenishes and nourishes the skin, helping to maintain skin elasticity to prevent signs of premature aging and wrinkles. This is perhaps Amazon's best kept secret when it comes to maintaining a youthful glow!
GUAVA OIL
Studies show that Guava oil has good antimicrobial activity and due to its astringent properties, it helps reduce the appearance of pores, tone and tighten the skin. The oil is also used for its emollient properties, giving the skin a soft and supple appearance.

Eugenia uniflora (Pitanga) seed/fruit oil, Caryodendron Orinocense (Cacay) Nut Oil, Psidium Guajava (Guava) Seed Oil, Vaccinium Corymbosum (Blueberry) Seed Oil, Bisabolol (natural), Bakuchiol, Sambucus Nigra (Elderberry) Fruit Extract, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) oil.

HOW TO USE
After your usual moisturizer, apply a few drops of oil to the face and neck. It can be used at any time of day or night. And don't forget your sunscreen as a last step. Avoid applying to the sensitive area around the eyes.
