All our packages are delivered by Canada Post. The tracking number will be sent to you by email following the shipment of your package. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and your location. The delivery time is relative to the geographical area.
Important: the delivery cost does NOT include additional import and customs fees.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept the return of our products. We guarantee the quality of our products and if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can discuss possible solutions.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT
We pack our products properly to avoid any breakage during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please send us the photo of the product received by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can consider possible solutions. We are not responsible for personal damage to any item. If the item has been dropped or misused, we cannot refund.
If your package seems lost, please send us an email at email@example.com and we can follow up on the file with Canada Post. Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect deliveries - customers are required to verify their delivery address before placing their order.
